Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr has revealed what he expects when Nigeria tackle Tunisia in tonight’s international friendly game at the Jacques Lemans Arena in Austria.
Rohr says he expects the Super Eagles players to step up their game against Tunisia after losing 1-0 to Algeria in their previous fixture last Friday.
“We definitely must put up a greater effort against the Tunisians,” Rohr said at his pre-match conference.
“It is an opportunity for some of the players to rise up to the occasion, stake a claim.
“They are ready to go, and I believe we would see a much better game on Tuesday.”
Nigeria beat Tunisia 1-0 when both teams met at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, thanks to Odion Ighalo’s third-minute goal. The match kick-off time is 7:30 pm.
