The Edo State guv, Godwin Obaseki has actually registered with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in his ward and the action will certainly be made official when he returns from Abuja claim .

He added that he will certainly be seeking re-election on the platform of the governor but another party declined to disclose the party on which platform he will certainly be looking for re-election.
“At the moment, Obaseki is in Abuja but when he returns to Benin, his card is ready and he has already registered with our party in his ward. We are ready to welcome Governor Obaseki and we are excited he is joining our party,” Azegbemi said in a chat with Daily Trust.
Once the guv returns to Edo State from Abuja, he added that the party has actually prepared Obaseki’s membership card and all other processes will certainly be formalized.
